Magna International Inc. - REVISED - Notice of conference call for third quarter 2005 results

AURORA, ON, Oct. 28, 2005 -- Magna International Inc. (TSX: MG.SV.A, MG.MV.B; NYSE: MGA) will release its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2005 on Tuesday, November 8, 2005 before the opening of the TSX and NYSE markets.

Magna's quarterly conference call to discuss third quarter 2005 results will be held Tuesday, November 8, 2005 at 8:00 a.m. EST. The previous notice of conference call, issued earlier this morning, indicated 8:30 am EST as the start time.
