Modine to Webcast Presentation at Gabelli and Company 29th Annual Automotive Aftermarket Symposium on November 1

RACINE, Wis.--Oct. 2, 20056, 2005--Modine Manufacturing Company , a diversified world leader in thermal management technology and solutions, announced today that it will participate in the Gabelli and Company 29th Annual Automotive Aftermarket Symposium on Tuesday, November 1 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Modine President and Chief Executive Officer David Rayburn will deliver the slide presentation from 9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time (12:30 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time and 11:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon Central Time).

Modine will provide a live Webcast of the slide presentation through the Investor Relations section of the Company's Web site at www.modine.com. Participants are encouraged to log on to the Webcast link about 10 minutes prior to the start of the presentation. A replay of the presentation also will be available through Modine's Web site.
