Clancy Systems International, Inc. Expands to New Clients

DENVER--Oct. 2, 20056, 2005--Clancy Systems International, Inc. (OTCBB: CLSI), roll its systems out to new clients in the quarter ended September 2005. In the continental U.S., Clancy installed systems at California Lutheran University, Thousand Oaks, CA; West Virginia Department of Administration, Charleston, WV; and Ampco Parking System, Denver, CO. It's Puerto Rican subsidiary has contracted with the cities of Arecibo and Humacoa to commence ticket issuance programs. The Company already provides parking meters and meter collection services to these Puerto Rican cities.

The expanded parking programs include ticket issuance, ticket processing, noticing, on-line payment processing, and Park-by-Phone services. While providing ticket issuance programs primarily in the continental U.S., Clancy also services transit authorities for permit systems and operates Park-by-Phone for cities and major parking operators. Park-by-Phone is a service that allows customers to book their parking on the spot at participating cities, transit stations, and parking lots by merely dialing an 800 number and entering the location. The most recent city to launch Park-by-Phone has been Ft. Myers, FL. The program was inaugurated the first week of October and has been deemed very successful.
