Harvey Westbury Announces Exclusive Distribution Agreement

PATERSON, N.J--Oct. 2, 20055, 2005--Harvey Westbury Corp. (PINK SHEETS:HVYW) announced today that the company has signed an exclusive agreement with Tyreguard Systems Ltd. Of Cheshire United Kingdom to distribute their new product, the Tyreguard Tire Safety System to the Marine, RV and Industrial sectors in the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. Under terms of the agreement Harvey Westbury will also be able to market Tyreguard to the automotive industry.

The Tyreguard tire safety system is a revolutionary product that when installed into a tire will prevent punctures and leaks before they happen, turning ordinary tires into self-sealing tires. Tyreguard is the only tire sealant that has obtained a letter of approval from Dunlop Tires a subsidiary of the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company . Tyreguard is unique because it is good for high speed driving and will work on all tires. The main competition to Tyreguard, a product called Slime, can only be used as an emergency repair on tires that travel above 65mph. Tyreguard can be driven at any speed and used on any tire. There are over 125,000,000 cars currently in service in the United States and a vast majority of the tires on these vehicles are not of the self-sealing variety and are candidates for Tyreguard.

The company plans on beginning to show Tyreguard to prospective customers in the upcoming months and will feature Tyreguard on their website www.garrysroyalsatin.com

Eugene Chiaramonte President of Harvey Westbury Corp. stated, "With Harvey Westbury's connections in the Marine, Automotive and Industrial industries we feel that a great product like Tyreguard will generate a lot of interest among both our existing customers and new prospects as well. Tyreguard is unique in that it fits all applications of vehicles and allows us to explore additional areas in which to sell this product." Mr. Chiaramonte continued, "For example this product will also be an excellent fit for package delivery companies like United Parcel Service because of the downtime it can save by eliminating flat tires. The same holds true for the rental car business. Companies such as Hertz and Dollar could also benefit from having no flat tires on their fleet saving them millions of dollars over time."
