Nation's Largest RV Retailer, Announces New Management Appointments

LINCOLNSHIRE, Ill.--Oct. 2, 20054, 2005--Chicago based FreedomRoads, LLC., the nation's largest RV retailer with revenues approaching $1.5 billion, today announced that it has redesigned part of its management structure in response to the company's rapid growth. In the last two years the company has grown from a start up to 57 locations in 21 states largely through acquisition.

Key among the changes is the appointment of former Mid-America Regional President John Sirpilla to Executive Vice President of Operations. In that role, Sirpilla will have primary responsibility for a number of critical operational areas including F&I, Fix Operations, Ecommerce Strategy, Pre-owned Vehicle Market Strategy, and the sports marketing program among others. He will continue is his role of Regional President for the Midwest area of the country which will include Ohio, Indiana and Michigan.

Other key changes include the appointment of Frank Crum and Steve Rowe as Regional Vice Presidents of the Southern and Northern sections of the Southeast Region respectively. They will report to Al Binford who will remain President of the Southeast Region.

The Northeast will see Mark Calzone rise to Regional Vice President under Regional President Mark Meyer who will remain in his post.

In The West Coast Region, Peter Kinden has been named as Regional President and President of Stier's RV Centers. Peter's area of responsibility will include developing the company's California presence from the existing 140 million dollar platform to over 200 million in annual revenue.

In the neighboring Southwest Region Jim Ferris will remain as President of Southwest RV and assume the role of Regional Vice President of the Southwest territory.

The recent acquisition of Georgia's Camping Time RV also brings management changes including the appointment of Camping Time RV's Martin Zonnenberg to Regional President of the Atlantic Coast region which consists of Shipp's RV, Holiday Kamper and Camping Time RV. He will be supported by Camping Time's Mark Derrick who will become President of Camping Time and one of the Atlantic Coast Regional Vice Presidents. Additionally, Josh Erickson has been named President of Holiday Kamper and will share Regional Vice President responsibilities with Mark Derrick in the Atlantic Coast Region.
