NowAuto Updates Status of 2-Year Audited Financials

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Oct. 21, 2005 -- NowAuto Group (BULLETIN BOARD: NAUG) which recently acquired the assets of NowAuto, Inc. (Pink Sheets: NWAU) announces the status of their 2-year audited financials ending June 30, 2005. NowAuto Group has submitted their final version to their independent auditor for his review. Once he has signed off on the financials, an 8-K will be filed immediately with the SEC and the figures will be publicly released.

The financials for the 3rd quarter ending September 30, 2005 will be released on or before Tuesday, November 15th.
