BARTOW, Fla., Oct. 21, 2005 -- American Commerce Solutions, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: AACS) has posted a letter from the president to its website.

Chief Executive Officer and President Daniel L. Hefner stated, "We have been in a somewhat self-imposed silent period for several months and it is time let our shareholders, as well as potential shareholders, see the magnitude and potential of our current negotiations. Hefner commented, "The discussions and negotiations of the last four months could lead to a significant direction change for ACS.
