MicroTRAK, Inc. Announces Intention to File SB-2 Registration

DALLAS--Oct. 2, 20050, 2005--MicroTRAK, Inc. (Pink Sheets:MIOK) announces that it has engaged accountants and legal counsel to assist in the filing of a SB-2 registration with the SEC. MIOK will immediately seek listing on the OTC Bulletin Board or other appropriate exchange. The filings are being processed and will be finalized in 60 to 90 days.

Listing on the OTC Bulletin Board will provide enhanced credibility and wider exposure to the investor community, and eliminate the extraordinary and unexplained fluctuation in share pricing.
