Mitsuoka Orochi Nude-top Roadster at 2005 Tokyo Motor Show

Mitsuoka Motors, a small Japanese carmaker introduced the roadster version of its Orochi sportscar at the Tokyo Motorshow.

The original Orochi prototype was unveiled at the 2001 Tokyo Motorshow, based around Honda NSX mechanics. At the 2003 Tokyo Motorshow an updated version was shown.

For the 2005 Tokyo Motorshow the concept further evolved with revised styling and the removal of the top. It has been replaced with striking scissor doors.
