Jupiter Enterprises Announces Chinese Auto Export Joint Venture

BEIJING, Oct. 19, 2005 /Xinhua-PRNewswire/ -- Jupiter Enterprises Inc., an acquirer and developer of industrial and manufacturing projects, today announced that it has entered into a joint venture holding an exclusive export distribution contract with Beijing Auto Works Co., Ltd. for the sale of its full line of SUVs, jeeps and light and heavy trucks in Central Asian countries.

Beijing Auto Works ( http://www.baw.com.cn/ ), founded in 1949, is one of China's oldest and best known domestic automobile, military vehicle, truck and SUV manufacturers. The company has just completed a 310,000 square meter automated production facility, bringing total production capacity to 100,000 vehicles per year. The new facility produces luxury and mid size SUVs and three models of light and heavy-duty trucks.

The joint venture has established distributors for the vehicles in Pakistan, Afghanistan, Turkey and Iraq. Negotiations are currently being conducted with distributors in several other Central Asian countries. The joint venture currently forecasts 2006 sales in excess of 5000 vehicles.
