BARTOW, Fla., Oct. 17, 2005 -- American Commerce Solutions, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: AACS) today will file results of operations for the second quarter ending August 31, 2005 on Form 10QSB.

Daniel L. Hefner, President and Chief Executive Officer of American Commerce Solutions, Inc., stated, "Today we will file our 10QSB for the quarter ending August 31, 2005. It will reflect continued improvements in management controls through a slow economic quarter. It will also show parity between shareholder equity and the current market cap of the company. The Board of Directors is committed to continue to reduce debt, improve cash flow and build on solid fundamentals.

"Management has great expectation for the second half of this fiscal year based upon three specific situations: 1) the ongoing negotiation for a potential multi-million-dollar new contract for wholly owned subsidiary IMW; 2) the plans, plant and fixture improvements and overall marketing work that has Chariot Manufacturing poised to break out; and 3) an expectation of a significant announcements concerning American Fiber Green Products, Inc., strategic partner to ACS, very soon," Hefner said.
