Genex Develops Online RSX Institute for Acura; Luxury Sports Coupe Garners First Online Classroom

LOS ANGELES--Oct. 1, 20054, 2005--In conjunction with the MY06 RSX release, Genex has developed the industry's first online classroom for Acura: The RSX Institute.

"...It's an 8100-rev-ripping steroidal slot car on weekends," Car and Driver recently observed of the RSX Type-S in a September 2005 comparison test, "and an intellectually sophisticated upscale six-jewel commuter on weekdays." Genex sought to leverage this dichotomy by presenting all facets of the car in an engaging, experiential format.

The RSX Institute is comprised of a range of virtual buildings, beginning with the "Admissions Office," where visitors are presented with a range of options depending on their interests and needs. Many choose to begin in the "A/V Lab," which features live-motion video of the RSX on the race track. And for those seeking a historical perspective, there's the "Design Archive" -- helping drivers more fully understand the development and engineering behind the vehicle.

Further into the campus, the RSX Institute offers its visitors engaging, interactive features such as "Race Course Analysis," which is an online race track-building tool. When constructed properly, visitors are rewarded with a test run of the track with multiple camera views.

The RSX Institute is an important new direction for Acura, focusing on memorable, emotive experiences for its online users. Visitors' expectations of the Web continue to rise -- as they now seek not only basic specs and pricing, but a personal connection with the car that piques their imagination and sparks desire. Genex has aggressively taken on this challenge with the RSX Institute, and looks to help thousands of drivers get closer to the Acura brand and its vehicles.

Genex (www.genex.com) is an Internet consulting and development firm. We design, build, and deploy straightforward, yet sophisticated, solutions that tackle everyday business challenges and deliver competitive advantage.
