Ford Declares Fourth Quarter Dividend

DEARBORN, Mich., Oct. 13, 2005 -- The Board of Directors of Ford Motor Company today declared a fourth quarter dividend of 10 cents a share on the company's Class B and common stock. This is the same level of dividend paid in the third quarter of 2005.

The fourth quarter dividend is payable on Dec. 1, 2005 to shareholders of record on Nov. 1, 2005.
