NowAuto Announces Update On 2-Year Audited Financials

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Oct. 13, 2005 -- NowAuto Group (BULLETIN BOARD: NAUG) which recently acquired the assets of NowAuto, Inc (Pink Sheets: NWAU) announces its updated timeline for their 2-year audit ending June 30, 2005. NowAuto Group expects to release and file its audited financials on or before Friday, October 21st. The financials for the 3rd quarter ending September 30, 2005 will be released on or before Tuesday, November 15th.
