Oil-Dri Announces Annual Meeting and Record Dates

CHICAGO, Oct. 11, 2005 -- Oil-Dri Corporation of America will hold its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on Tuesday, December 6, 2005. The meeting will be held at 9 a.m. (Central Time) at the Standard Club, 320 S. Plymouth Court, Chicago, Ill. The record date for notice and voting eligibility for the Annual Meeting is the close of business on October 21, 2005.
