Thomas Brady to Join Manufacturers Products Company as President, CEO

Industry Veteran Has 40+ Years at GM

WARREN, Mich., Oct. 6 -- Automotive industry and General Motors veteran F. Thomas Brady has returned to manufacturing as the new president and CEO of Warren, Mich.-based Manufacturers Products Company.

Brady will lead all the manufacturing operations of this supplier of precision metal stampings and assemblies for automotive and heavy truck applications. The organization employs 215 in two Warren facilities and forecasts 2005 sales of nearly $75 million with open capacity.

Brady comes to Manufacturers Products Company after a 40+ year career with General Motors Corporation. In his most recent assignment he oversaw all metal fabrication division stamping operations within 14 North American facilities. Since leaving GM in December 2004, he has served as a consultant for various manufacturing company projects.

Manufacturers Products Company is a comprehensive manufacturer of precision metal stampings and sub-assemblies in high-strength steel, aluminum and galvanized and stainless steel for powertrain, body and chassis components within the automotive and heavy truck industries. Established in 1947, the Warren, Mich.-based company supplies automotive OEMs, new domestic automakers and Tier 1 suppliers throughout the world.
