"Increased safety, improved efficiency and greater accountability are primary goals of the Department of Public Safety in pursuing digital, in-car camera systems for our State Troopers," said Lt. McHenry of the Alabama State Troopers. "For almost two years, Public Safety has worked to implement this system of documenting traffic-related apprehensions. It is invaluable in the prosecution of criminal activities. The secure digital format, facilitated by a main server to which data is downloaded, is ideal for presentation in judicial proceedings. This program provides Alabama's State Troopers one more important tool to help them in guarding the public's safety." Lt. McHenry is project director over in-car video for the Alabama State Troopers.

Edward Baker of RMSS states, "It's great timing for Alabama's in-car digital video system contract. Now even small agencies have the weight of the state behind them." Integrian's VP of Sales Bob Bradley concurs. "This contract comes at a time when awareness is at an all-time high. Agencies are anxious to expedite the buying process and begin deploying systems as soon as possible."
