Top Selling Cars and Trucks in US January - September 2005

OCT 3, 2005; Reuters reported the following 20 top-selling vehicles in the U.S. through September of 2005 as reported by the automakers.

Total sales of the top 20 vehicles rose 5.1 percent or 212,017 units to 4,379,568.
