Subaru Reports September 2005 Sales

-- Total sales up five percent year-to-date --

CHERRY HILL, N.J., Oct. 3 -- Subaru of America, Inc. today reported September sales totaling 16,100 units, showing an increase of two percent for the month. Total sales are up five percent year-to-date from the previous year.

The all-new Subaru B9 Tribeca recorded 1,867 units for the month of September. The Subaru Legacy model line posted a total 6,778 units, with Legacy Sedan sales totaling 1,859 units, up five percent from the same period last year. Subaru Outback posted 4,238 units for the month, while Subaru Impreza line recorded 2,782 unit sales. Subaru Forester posted 4,115 units, while Subaru Baja recorded 558 units for September.
