AUBURN HILLS, Mich., Sept. 28 -- The return of the popular Chrysler Signature Series Packages, first introduced in the 2005 model year, offer exceptional value vehicles built with popular equipment, one-of-a- kind interiors and exclusive limited-production color choices. The 2006 Signature Series Packages are offered on Touring models of select 2006 Chrysler brand vehicles. Each vehicle includes specially chosen "no charge" equipment or package discounts on items such as power sunroofs, navigation or rear-seat video entertainment systems.

2006 Chrysler 300 Touring -- Signature Series Package

The 2006 rear-wheel-drive Chrysler 300 Touring model features a 3.5-liter V-6 engine and five-speed automatic transmission with AutoStick(R) that offers 250 horsepower (186 kW) and 250 ft. lb. (340 N*m) of torque, providing the perfect blend of performance and fuel economy. 2006 Chrysler Town & Country Touring -- Signature Series Package

The 2006 Chrysler Town & Country Touring model with its industry-exclusive Stow 'n Go(TM) seating and storage system continues to be the premium nameplate in the minivan market segment. Stow 'n Go offers the only fold-in- the-floor second and third row seats, setting the standard for the ultimate in interior flexibility.

The 2006 Chrysler Town & Country Touring model includes a standard 3.8- liter V-6 engine mated to a four-speed transmission. 2006 Chrysler PT Cruiser Touring Sedan - Signature Series Package

The newly refined 2006 Chrysler PT Cruiser continues to lead the segment in style, versatility, quality and performance. New for 2006, the Chrysler PT Cruiser gets updated front and rear fascias, including a new front grille with the Chrysler winged badge and chrome accents, new headlamps that feature a scallop along the bottom edge and a new body-color spoiler on the liftgate.

The Chrysler PT Cruiser Touring Sedan is powered by a standard 2.4-liter naturally aspirated engine that produces 150 horsepower (112 kW) and 165 lb.- ft. (220 N*m) of torque, coupled with a standard manual transaxle or an optional automatic transaxle. The U.S. MSRP for the Chrysler PT Cruiser Touring model with the Signature Series Package is $18,065 for a manual transaxle and $18,900 for an automatic transaxle. 2006 Chrysler Sebring Base and Touring sedan -- Signature Series Package

The 2006 Chrysler Sebring Sedan Signature Series Package will be available on the Base and Touring Sebring sedans beginning in November.

The Chrysler Sebring sedan is powered by a standard 2.4-liter, DOHC 16- valve four-cylinder engine with a four-speed automatic transaxle that produces 150 horsepower and 160 lb.-ft. of torque. Standard equipment on the Chrysler Sebring sedan includes air conditioning, tilt steering wheel, cruise control, power windows with one-touch down feature, power locks, dual power mirrors, remote keyless entry, 12-volt power outlet in the instrument panel, AM/FM stereo radio with single-disc CD player, speed control, a rear 60/40 folding rear seat, power front disc and rear drum brakes and 16-inch cast-aluminum wheels.

Chrysler Sebring Touring has the same standard features but adds more performance with a 2.7-liter, V-6 engine coupled with an automatic transaxle that produces 200 horsepower and 190 lb-ft. of torque. It also features a Touring suspension, front and rear stabilizer bars and electronic speed control.

The 2006 Sebring Sedan Signature Series adds the following features to both the base and touring sedan: leather seats, leather covered steering wheel and shift knob, chrome-clad wheels, chrome inside door handles, fog lights, power driver's seat, audio controls mounted on the steering wheel and a power sunroof with premium headliner that adds map lights, rear passenger assist handles and illuminated vanity mirrors.

The U.S. MSRP for the Chrysler Sebring Sedan Signature Series is $21,120. The U.S. MSRP for the Chrysler Sebring Sedan Touring Signature Series is $21,840. Both prices exclude a $675 destination charge.

The Chrysler Sebring Sedan Signature Series package can be ordered in Silver Steel Metallic, Linen Gold, Magnesium, Midnight Blue, Inferno Red, Satin Jade, Bright Silver, Brilliant Black and Stone White. Available interior colors on the Chrysler Sebring Signature Series are Dark Slate and Taupe.
