GEICO and Google Settle Lawsuit

WASHINGTON, Sept. 7 -- The case filed by GEICO against Google on May 4, 2004 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia has been resolved to the mutual satisfaction of the parties. The terms of the settlement are confidential. No further comment on the settlement will be provided.
