Carz4Girlz - 2006 Scion tC

First of all, the tC is really good looking on the outside, and pretty cool on the inside, too. But on a few of our really hot Sacramento days, the rear windows seemed excessively hot.

The tC does have a good powerful engine. Good acceleration. Good on the hills and when passing. And the transmission is quite smooth.

The ride is pretty bumpy and stiff but that's what you get if you want big thin tires and handling that is really good and tight. The brakes are OK but I like them a bit tighter.

The instrumentation is easy to read and to reach, but not so easy to use - they probably need to have a few more manual knobs and a few less tiny buttons.

The tC has really good visibility and is easy to park and the keyless ignition is very cool.

I like the tC. It's fun to drive, gets good mileage and is affordable.
