Commercial Vehicle Group Names International President

NEW ALBANY, Ohio, June 15 -- Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc. ("CVG") , announced today that Gordon Boyd has been appointed President - CVG International and given full responsibility for the operation of CVG's international business.

Previously, Mr. Boyd, 57, served as CVG's President - Mayflower Vehicle Systems since CVG completed the acquisition of substantially all of the assets and liabilities related to Mayflower Vehicle Systems' North American Commercial Vehicle Operations on February 7, 2005. This responsibility will be assumed by Gerald Armstrong, President - CVG Americas. Don Lorraine will continue in his role as President - CVG Europe and Asia, and will report directly to Mr. Boyd.
