Axial Vector(TM) Engine Corporation Announces Symbol Change

PORTLAND, Ore., June 10 -- Axial Vector (TM)Engine Corporation. (BULLETIN BOARD: AXVC) , a reporting company specializing in the development of unique internal combustion engine technologies, officially announced today that it will begin trading under the new symbol "AXVC" on the OTC Bulletin Board Exchange.

"The recent name and symbol change for Axial Vector(TM) Engine was a meaningful step in our long-term strategy for building our brand and market share for our proprietary engine technology and business worldwide," stated Dr. Raymond Brouzes, CEO of Axial Vector Engine. It will not be necessary for stockholders to exchange their stock certificates for new stock certificates that reflect the name and symbol change. There is no dilution of the stock as a result of the name and symbol change.

Axial Vector(TM) Engine Corporation is a publicly traded company that owns proprietary intellectual property regarding unique internal combustion engine technologies. We are using these technologies to develop a new and exciting type of engine capable of producing significantly higher horsepower and torque on less fuel than conventional engines of similar size. Our first prototype engine is called the "Axial Vector(TM) Engine" and we initially expect it will have a number of military and industrial applications.
