Nation's Largest RV Retailer, FreedomRoads, Closes $400 Million Syndication

LINCOLNSHIRE, Ill.--June 9, 2005--

Largest Ever RV or Boat Floor Plan Syndication Expected to Help Drive Dynamic Company Growth Toward $2 Billion in Sales

The nation's largest RV retailer, FreedomRoads, today announced that it has closed a $400 million floor plan syndication, the largest floor plan credit facility in the history of the RV or Boat industry. The syndication was arranged among seven banks to fund floor plan needs and is an important element in helping FreedomRoads to grow to and exceed the $2 billion sales mark.

Led by Key Bank with Bank of America as the syndication administrator, five additional financial institutions participated in the syndication including BankOne, Fifth-Third, GE Commercial Distribution Finance, M and T, and National City.

"We are all very excited to have partnered with such forward-thinking financial institutions to create a productive financial tool for growth," said Roger Nuttall, Executive Vice President and CFO of FreedomRoads. "This credit facility gives us the flexibility and financial power to aggressively and systematically build our business," he emphasized.

Key Bank Senior Vice President Kevin Von Busch commented that, "The sheer size of this syndication and the collective judgment of those institutions who participated says a great deal about how confident we all are in the strength and management of FreedomRoads, and their enviable position in an expanding industry."

Senior Vice President Ranny Burts of Bank of America added, "The industry demographics point to a continued favorable trend. FreedomRoads has uniquely positioned itself for future success. "

Over the last year FreedomRoads has successfully focused on enhancing sales productivity by instituting sophisticated sales, marketing and inventory programs. This credit facility, which will help the company more efficiently manage its inventory, is another important tool in driving sales at rates that significantly outpace the industry.

According to FreedomRoads Executive Vice President of Corporate Strategy & Initiatives Randy Thompson, "Having the right amount of inventory in the proper environment is key to selling in this industry. This credit facility is aimed at funding our floor plan needs and it's going to help us to become even an even greater force in the RV industry."
