Parvus Joins American Public Transportation Association

SALT LAKE CITY--June 3, 2005--Parvus Corporation today announced it has become a member of the American Public Transportation Association (APTA), headquartered in Washington, D.C., as a business member. At the same time, Parvus announced that it will be exhibiting at the International Public Transportation Expo 2005 ("EXPO 2005") in Dallas, Texas from September 26-28, 2005 at booth #5348.

APTA is North America's premier membership organization for meeting the needs and interests of bus, rapid transit, and commuter rail systems, as well as their supplier, consultant and contractor business partners. Over ninety percent of persons using public transportation in the United States and Canada are served by APTA's 1500+ members.

The EXPO 2005 event, which is organized by APTA, will bring together more than 15,000 attendees and 800 of the world's notable manufacturers and suppliers of the most advanced transit equipment, technologies and innovations. Products, services and technologies designed to enhance passengers' experience, as well as enable transit systems to operate efficiently and profitably, will be on display.

As Parvus serves an ever-increasing base of transit authorities and transportation systems suppliers, membership in APTA and exhibition at EXPO 2005 is designed to further support this growing client base, as well as provide opportunities to introduce Parvus' mobile computing solutions for intelligent transportation systems (ITS) to an even broader international audience. Parvus intends to display a host of new bus/rail solutions in Dallas, including a family of on-vehicle digital video recorders (DVRs), mobile IP routers, automatic vehicle location/management devices (AVL/AVM), and hardened, vehicular computer servers.
