Bondurant to Sponsor Inaugural Route 66 Corvette'N America Road Tour set for June 2-4, 2005

FLAGSTAFF, Ariz.--May 2, 20055, 2005--Event coordinators announced today that the first annual road tour got their premiere partner with the Bob Bondurant School of High Performance Driving! Not only will the Phoenix company bring two of the school's premiere Corvettes but they are offering the most significant raffle prizes yet -- a 4-day course valued at over $4000.

"The early success of the event is due to great help and significant planning," said Dwayne Bublitz, partner and co-creator of the event. The team has people coming in from 11 states so far and as far away as Missouri & Minnesota! "With over 175 coming to Flagstaff at last count and invites sent to automobile media throughout the USA, we feel that the attendees are going to fall in love with Flagstaff. In turn, we hope this will insure the future for the event as well as the passion for the cars," says Bublitz.

With 36 sponsors and several from out of state, the event will make an economic impact on the community, as 20% of the admission proceeds from the show & shine are being presented to the Flagstaff Unified School District.

Circling the Grand Canyon and ending at the Heart of the Mother Road: Route 66 Flagstaff -- this premiere event will combine scenery, history and fun. The highlight of this annual event will be a caravan of Corvettes to the Grand Canyon. Other events on the tour's agenda include a grand reception, a Corvette show & shine and a sunset finale at the Arizona Snowbowl.
