IGN Entertainment Partners with Vision Entertainment

IRVINE, CA--May 1, 20058, 2005--IGN Entertainment, home to IGN.com(R), the web site with the Internet's highest audience composition of unique male visitors aged 18 to 34, is partnering with Vision Entertainment, producers of the nation's largest lifestyle custom car show, Hot Import Nights, to produce IGN's first consumer event IGN Live, based on IGN's brand and gamer lifestyle content.

IGN Live, which will take place October 22 and 23, 2005 at the Anaheim Convention Center, will provide consumers a live, lifestyle entertainment experience covering videogames, action sports, cars, music, movies and gear/consumer electronics.

"Vision's tremendous success in executing huge lifestyle events will allow IGN to successfully execute an event marketing strategy," said Mark Jung, CEO of IGN Entertainment. "Consumers benefit because IGN becomes both an online and live event experience. Marketers benefit because IGN will offer a live media product to complement their online strategies."

This partnership brings together the leaders in live events and online content catering to the often difficult-to-reach 18-34 male demographic. Vision Entertainment's Hot Import Night's shows draw nearly half a million attendees to its 20 shows nationwide. IGN Entertainment's online network serving the video game and entertainment enthusiast markets reaches an audience of more than 24 million unique monthly visitors, with the young male demographic at its core.

"Gaming enthusiasts have been waiting for a complete lifestyle event designed specifically for them," said Glenn Rogers, President and CEO of Vision Entertainment. "Our partnership with IGN allows us to create a gaming lifestyle event with a partner who has credibility with this audience and is a leader in the video game industry."
