Supreme Industries Announces New Management Appointments

GOSHEN, Ind.--May 4, 2005--Supreme Industries, Inc. (AMEX:STS), a leading manufacturer of specialized vehicles including truck bodies and shuttle buses, today announced several senior management team appointments by it board of directors at its subsidiary, Supreme Corporation. Omer Kropf, formerly president, has been elected to vice chairman and managing director of special projects; Robert Wilson, formerly executive vice president and chief financial officer, has been elected to president and chief operating officer; and Jeff Mowery, formerly controller, has been elected to vice president and chief financial officer. The appointments were effective on May 1, 2005.

Herb Gardner, chairman of Supreme Industries, commented, "Omer is a colleague, a friend and a founder of Supreme. Having worked with him for many years, I have been fortunate to witness not only his exceptional manufacturing and technical talent, but also the dedication Omer has brought to our Company. "Bob joined Supreme in 1988 as controller, and subsequently rose to executive vice president and chief financial officer in addition to having been a member of the office of the president. "With demonstrated leadership skills, his appointment to president and chief operating officer will allow him to devote his attention to the Company's operations, long-term strategic planning and growth.
