NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK - April 29, 2005 - World-renown Italian design firm Pininfarina announced earlier today that the Chery M14 coupe-cabriolet hardtop convertible won the "Best New Car in Show" from a jury of journalists at the Shanghai Auto Show. The M14, a four- seat retractable hardtop convertible will be among the first Chery vehicles that Visionary Vehicles LLC will bring to the United States in 2007, and will have a sticker price less than $19,000. Visionary Vehicles Founder and CEO, Malcolm Bricklin, raced to express his appreciation for his partners.

Visionary Vehicles and Chery Automobile Company have a plan to eventually sell 2,000,000 units in North America with the first 1,000,000 units to be manufactured at the large, expansive Chery factory in Wuhu, China and the next (additional) 1,000,000 units to be manufactured at new Visionary Vehicles/Chery facilities in the United States.
