David Champion, Sr. Director Auto Test Department of Consumer Reports to Speak at Motor Press Guild Luncheon

Plus, he will give a brief behind-the-scenes look at the organization's 327-acre test facility and address how Consumer Reports had to change they way they determine 'Recommended' status for certain vehicles, due to recent changes in crash test procedures.
