Viper Motorcycle Company Enters into Production Agreement with Performance Assembly Solutions

MINNEAPOLIS, April 14 -- (Pink Sheets: VPWS) Viper Motorcycle Company, a subsidiary of Viper Powersports, Inc., today announced that Performance Assembly Solutions will manufacture and assemble Viper's proprietary motorcycles and motorcycle engines at its Livonia, Michigan manufacturing facility. Viper plans to support ongoing product design, development, marketing, and dealer service from its Minneapolis headquarters.
