MBAH Acquires Rent2Ride Nationwide and Street Eagle Motorcycle Rentals

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--March 30, 2005--MBA Holdings Inc. (OTCBB:MBAH), announced today the 100% acquisition of both Rent2Ride Nationwide (Rent2Ride, Inc.) and Street Eagle Motorcycle Rentals (Street Eagle, Inc.). The acquisition was completed on a cash basis. Cash terms of the purchase were not disclosed.

Both companies have long standing histories in the powersport rental market. Street Eagle has over 10 years of history in franchised motorcycle rentals, primarily with Harley-Davidson products, and Rent2Ride Nationwide has over 3 years of experience in the powersport rental market listing RV, jetski, boat, ATV, metric motorcycle and also Harley-Davidson products.

MBAH CEO Gaylen Brotherson comments, "Today, with these acquisitions, MBAH is on course to dominate the profitable powersport rental market. With the addition or Street Eagle and Rent2Ride to MBAH, I believe we have now assembled the necessary pieces to gain long-term profitability and market share. 100% owned, 100% joined and 100% all in together now, Blue Sky Motorcycle Rentals, Worldwide Motorcycle Rentals, Street Eagle Motorcycle Rentals and Rent2Ride Nationwide join the National Motorcycle Dealers Association (NMDA) and MBAH to actively pursue the profits we know exist in the market of motorcycle and powersport rentals."

Street Eagle Director of Operations and Rent2Ride Nationwide spokesman Michael "Tim" Lach points out, "Hotel, resort, airline and other travel related companies stand in line for the information that has been collected over the last 12 years from these combined rental companies. In just the last 3 years, the combination of Rent2Ride, Street Eagle and Blue Sky have collected over 4,000 independent franchise/license requests, 15,000+ rental customers, 1,000+ dealer level inquiries and over 25,000 online rental reservation requests. These are hard numbers that have been accumulated in just the last 3 years. Together, MBAH, dealers, end-users, manufacturers, insurance and travel related companies would now profit from all this collected information. Rent2Ride Nationwide offers dealer branding for their non-brand specific rental programs, Blue Sky offers licensed rental operations, Street Eagle offers franchise capabilities in all 50 States plus Canada and Worldwide offers Internet portal reservation bookings and software tracking. Some of the new MBAH companies overlap in their mission statements today but I'm sure in a short period of time, we'll work through our united growing pains." He continued, "In 2004, we (Street Eagle/Rent2Ride/Blue Sky) combined for over $300,000 in rally revenue for just 3 major motorcycle rallies. Add the NMDA and Worldwide and now you feel my excitement."

Blue Sky Motorcycle Rentals CEO Wayne (Lumpy) Ordakowski commented on these acquisitions; "this is the shot in the arm MBAH and this industry needed. Now, with four rental companies all under one roof and the synergy this unification provides, in a short period of time, we positively, absolutely have the combination to become the premier force in the powersport and motorcycle rental market. The branding and name recognition of these companies alone secure a dominant position for MBAH and the NMDA in a growing industry that finds itself in its infancy compared to the automobile and RV rental sector. This TEAM effort has now assembled the total package. MBAH, its shareholders and our dealers will profit from this unification. Part of my job now will be to move straight ahead and sign new clients under Blue Sky, Rent2Ride Nationwide, Worldwide or Street Eagle."

Roundtable strategy meetings for the unification of Blue Sky Motorcycle Rentals, Street Eagle Motorcycle Rentals, Rent2Ride Nationwide and Worldwide Motorcycle Rentals commence at the Arizona Desert Thunder Bikefest 2005 Kick-Off Party on April 1st at Hacienda Harley-Davidson (Scottsdale, AZ) and continue through the week ending Sunday April 10th, 2005. MBAH Shareholders are invited to attend and meet with MBAH CEO Gaylen Brotherson, Blue Sky CEO Wayne (Lumpy) Ordakowski and Street Eagle/Rent2Ride Director of Operations Tim Lach at any time during Arizona Bike Week. MBAH TEAM meetings are scheduled at the new Rent2Ride Nationwide Dealer - Hacienda Customs (Scottsdale, AZ) and also at both Blue Sky Phoenix locations - Bourgets of Arizona (Scottsdale, AZ) and Blue Sky Airport (Tempe, AZ).
