Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge and Edmond Kia/Edmond Hyundai to Give Away Four New Cars to Oklahoma Military Families

NORMAN, Okla.--Feb. 2, 2005--A few lucky Oklahoma military families will win a free car this spring in a giveaway sponsored by Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge, and Edmond Kia/Edmond Hyundai.

And the general public will help determine the winners.

"We wanted to show our support for our troops in Iraq and Afghanistan and other places around the world," said Richard Howard, sales manager for Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge and a U.S. Army veteran. "We thought this would be a great way to let their families know we are thinking of them."

Oklahoma-based military families will be selected by representatives from the U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force and Marines. Information on these families will be posted on the dealership Web sites.

The public is invited to read about each family, then vote for the family who should win a car that month.

The contest will begin Super Bowl Sunday and go through May. Each winning family will receive a free new car, plus a year's worth of oil changes and gas.

To vote, members of the public can visit any of these Web sites:
