Agreement Paves Way for Expanding GM Accessories Online Catalog Service

CHARLOTTE, N.C., Jan. 21, 2005 -- Insignia Group, LC (IG) announces it has signed a licensing agreement with General Motors Inc. and its Service and Parts Operation (GM SPO) to provide General Motors Dealers with an online accessories catalog and further support the growing network of GM Authorized Accessories Distributors and Installers (ADI's).

Insignia Group launched its GMAccessories.net program ( http://www.gmaccessories.net/ ) in October 2002 and is now the central sales and cataloging tool used by 29 separate ADI's serving over 55 markets across the country. By the end of 2005, GM anticipates growing its distributor network to service over 80 US markets. The ADI online catalog sites support nearly 5000 users from dealerships across the country. IG anticipates this user level to grow to around 8000 users by year end 2005.

The new licensing agreement also allows IG to pursue increasing its number of dealer catalogs, currently at just over 100. General Motors Dealers, who sign up for a personalized accessories catalog featuring the dealer's business rules, will receive 100% co-op through GM SPO. IG is targeting to add 500 additional dealers to its Affiliate Program this year.

"Our agreement with GM SPO is further evidence of the importance GM has placed on accessories sales as a source for increasing vehicle gross," says David Stringer, General Manager of Insignia Group. "It is also a clear recognition of our central role in the GM Accessories market place."

The Dealer Affiliate Program by Insignia Group consists of providing dealerships with an online catalog branded with the dealer's logo and configured to meet the dealership's business rules for pricing and order fulfillment. Consumers can also see their vehicle with GM's newest 20 Inch Wheels with the catalog's Interactive Wheel Configurator. "Our goal, over and above providing an up-to-the-minute online catalog, is to assist them in fundamentally changing the way consumers purchase accessories," says Stringer. "Our success will be measured by how far we can help move the accessories sales needle for General Motors and our ADI partners."

Insignia Group, LC is an Internet development and management company serving a variety of industries and markets, including automotive parts cataloging for AC Delco Distributors and OEM Accessories Distributors. More information can be found at IG's web site: http://www.insigniagroup.com/ .
