  * Designers put together special collections to epitomize the Chrysler,
     Jeep(R) and Dodge brands
  * Show blends innovative automotive and fashion designs
  * Gift bags valued at $200 each to be handed out at the show

WHAT: The Chrysler Group and metro Detroit's Clear Magazine team up to present a one-of-a-kind event at the North American International Auto Show Charity Preview, blending automotive and fashion design. The event marks the first time an auto manufacturer and fashion magazine have collaborated during auto show week.

WHO: Clear Magazine and the Chrysler Group worked with the spring collections of designers Betsey Johnson, Iceberg, Cesare Paciotti and Dolce Moda to create a special fashion preview. Collections will be inspired by Chrysler, Jeep(R) and Dodge brand attributes. Jeep brand designs will feature an urban, earthy flavor; Dodge will showcase sleek and sexy designs; and the Chrysler line will appeal to more sophisticated taste, featuring fashions in silver, black, gold and white.

Designer Emilia Valentina and Ivana Kalafactic, Managing Editor of Clear Magazine, created several one-of-a-kind fashions, using deconstructed Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge merchandise combined with other materials and design cues to epitomize each of the three very distinct brands.

As part of the show, models will unveil three 2005 Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge vehicles, highlighting the company's innovative and stylish automotive designs.

One thousand gift bags valued over $200 each will be given out during the event.
