Monaco Coach Corporation Adds Three Key Executives

COBURG, Ore., Jan. 7, 2005 -- Monaco Coach Corporation is pleased to announce the addition of three executives to its management team.

Rick Kangail was hired for the newly created position of Vice President, Human Resources, John Draheim was named National Sales Manager for Holiday Rambler Motorhomes, and Craig Wanichek was hired as the Director of Treasury Support and Corporate Communications for Monaco.

"These three individuals are key members of the exceptional management team that we have assembled," stated Kay Toolson, C.E.O. of Monaco Coach. "We are very happy to bring these three exceptional leaders into the Monaco family."

Rick Kangail will be responsible for driving the strategic vision and operations of the Human Resources Department of Monaco Coach. He will provide company-wide direction for leadership development, benefits, compensation and other human resource issues for Monaco's 6,000+ employees in Oregon, Indiana and other locations throughout the U.S.

Kangail brings to Monaco over 20 years of executive human resources experience in domestic and international environments across multiple industries. He served as General Manager of Human Resources for UNOCAL Corporation's North American Business Units and Corporate Staff. Previously, Kangail worked for ARCO and PG&E. He received his Masters of Business Administration and Bachelor's degree from the University of Oregon and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and a Certified Compensation Professional.

As the new National Sales Manager for Holiday Rambler Motorhomes, one of Monaco's legacy brands, John Draheim brings more than eight years of Recreational Vehicle industry experience in sales and brand management. He also held sales and corporate planning positions in the automobile industry with Daimler Chrysler, Volkswagen of America and Kia Motors.

"With his extensive automotive and RV industry experience, specifically in the retail-end of the business, John is the perfect fit within Monaco's strong customer-centered culture," said Mike Snell, Vice President of Sales for Monaco. "Because of John's focus on brand quality and the retail marketplace, we believe that he will significantly contribute to further building the Holiday Rambler brand presence throughout our dealer network."

In the dual roles of Director of Treasury Support and Corporate Communications, Craig Wanichek leads Monaco's investor relations and public relations programs and provides key support for all of the Company's banking operations. Wanichek was formerly the lead banker on Monaco's syndicated loan and brings over 13 years of experience in the financial services industry.

"Craig came to us with a built-in understanding of our financial infrastructure through his role as our primary banker. We are very fortunate to have him in a position to lead or assist us on a daily basis with investor relations, banking and other treasury and financial matters," said Marty Daley, Monaco's Chief Financial Officer.
