Bad Toys Holdings Acquires Control of Gambler Motorcycle Company, Inc.

KINGSPORT, Tenn.--Jan. 5, 2005--Bad Toys Holdings, Inc., (OTCBB:BTYH), a Nevada corporation engaged in the business of manufacturing and selling custom V-Twin motorcycles, custom street rods and providing brokerage service to custom, classic cars and motorcycle owners, announced today it has acquired control of Gambler Motorcycle Company, Inc. ("Gambler").

Larry Lunan, the Company's President and Chief Executive Officer stated, "This acquisition is essential to the Company's ability to effectively compete in the custom V-Twin motorcycle market. Gambler's expertise is being used in finalizing 2005 models for American Eagle and in January Gambler will be producing key components for assembly in Carlsbad, California. Gambler's products include "one-of-a-kind customs, motorcycle components, and specialty auto racing parts.
