T.A.S. Auto Parts Assists Tsunami Victims

Accord Specialists Sending Profits to Southeast Asia for Those in Need

STAFFORD SPRINGS, Conn., Jan. 4 -- T.A.S. Auto Parts, an Internet retailer specializing in parts and accessories for '94-'02 Honda Accords, has announced that it will donate all profits from the sale of t- shirts, key chains, and other novelty items to the victims of the tsunami that recently struck the nations surrounding the Indian Ocean. From January 5th until January 12th, all of the profits from the sale of items located in the Apparel & Novelty department at http://www.tasauto.com/ will be donated to AmeriCares Foundation, Inc., to help its relief efforts in Southeast Asia.

"As several Asian countries face one of the worst natural and humanitarian disasters in history, it is incumbent upon all of us to play a role, regardless of how big or small, to help those who are in need," said Justin Cote, Operations Manager at T.A.S. Auto. "While the prospect of helping the many nations suffering from this tragedy is daunting, we are compelled to remember the outpouring of support from our global neighbors during our darkest hours."

For those Honda Accord owners who are inclined, this is a great opportunity to spend a small amount of money that will make a big difference in people's lives. With their contribution, customers will also receive the t- shirt or hat that they wanted but did not receive for the holidays. Or perhaps something as small as a key chain could serve as a constant reminder of the people that the Accord community helped to overcome a terrible tragedy.

"Even if you do not drive a Honda Accord, we at T.A.S. encourage you to do whatever you can to help those in need," commented Cote.
