Oasis Auto Center Sponsors Special Charity Auction to Raise Money for a 15-Passenger Van for the `Hayes 6'

   WHAT & WHY:     Oasis Auto Center of Old Bridge will host a charity
                   auction benefiting the Hayes family, which recently
                   welcomed the birth of New Jersey's first sextuplets
                   (six babies) known as the "Hayes 6."

                   Proceeds of the auction will help the Hayes family
                   purchase a 15-passenger club wagon.  The auction will
                   include a broad range of sports memorabilia, artwork,
                   and collectibles, including:

                   -- Thurman Munson Print by Leroy Neiman, signed by
                      Goose Gossage, Lou Piniella & Willie Randolph and
                      others
                   -- Mickey Mantle Shadow Box w/8x10 Photo and hand-signed
                      baseball

                   -- A 2005 Super Bowl Package
