Patriot Motorcycles Corporation and zMAX -R- Micro-Lubricant -TM- Sign Agreement Enhancing Coverage On All Yamoto -TM- ATV's and Dirt Bikes For Up to Five Years

DANA POINT, Calif.--Nov. 1, 20041, 2004--On October 28, 2004, Patriot Motorcycles Corporation(TM) (Pink Sheets: PMCY) and zMAX(R) Micro-Lubricant(TM) entered into an unprecedented agreement that allows Patriot Motorcycles Corporation to enhance the factory warranty of its exclusively distributed Off-Road Yamoto(TM) products.

zMAX is the official micro-lubricant of Speedway Motorsports Inc. ((SMI) NYSE:TRK) owners of premiere racing venues that host NASCAR, IRL, NHRA, Champ Car and World of Outlaw events. With over 50 years experience in racing, zMAX is endorsed and used by a litany of racing legends including Carroll Shelby and AJ Foyt.

zMAX, when added to the engine and fuel, increases gas mileage, reduces emissions, improves engine performance and, most importantly, increases engine life. Continual use every six months will cover the engine, transmission, carburetor, primary and final drives and all internally lubricated parts for five years from the date of purchase. This enhanced guarantee covers parts and labor.

The zMAX Micro-Lubricant motorcycle formula will be packaged and co-branded with Patriot Motorcycles and made available initially through Patriot Motorcycle and ATV dealers and distributors throughout the United States, Mexico, Canada, Chile and Brazil.
