Patriot Motorcycles Corp. Positions Itself to Become the Largest Distributor of Affordable On and Off-Road Products in U.S.

DANA POINT, Calif.--Sept. 15, 2004--Michel Attias, CEO of Patriot Motorcycles Corp. (Pink Sheets:PMCY), announced today its intention to dominate the growing U.S. market for affordable On and Off-road Motorcycles and ATVs.

Through its recent agreement with Winspeed-Motors, Patriot Motorcycles Corp. has obtained the exclusive rights to distribute Yamoto(TM), a line of products manufactured in China, throughout the U.S.

In the 5 months prior to this agreement, sales averaged well over 1,200 units per month, totaling over 4 million in overall sales. Projected sales could more than double coming into this holiday season.

The results of a recent outsourced survey confirm Yamoto's(TM) quality, reliability and price point are sought-after by the American consumer. Problems identified included parts procurement, service availability and communications with the factory about product improvements. Patriot Motorcycles has implemented the needed systems controls and procedures to provide solutions to these issues.

Yamoto(TM) products are manufactured in China, using similar quality standards we have become accustomed to seeing from our Japanese imported products. This gives Patriot Motorcycles a distinct advantage, at roughly half the price of common brand names.

Yamoto's(TM) quality, reliability, manufacturer's warranty and price points open doors with motorcycle dealers across the country, allowing consumers to affordably purchase Dirt Bikes and ATVs for the whole family.

Michel Attias stated, "The intention of Patriot Motorcycles is to dominate the distribution of Chinese Manufactured, entry level affordable off-road products. We will succeed by obtaining strategic acquisitions, forming concrete alliances and targeting specific distribution points."
