PENNDOT Opens West Oak Lane Driver License Center on Ogontz Avenue in Philadelphia

On Tuesday, Aug. 3, 20041, 2004, at 10 a.m., state Transportation Secretary Allen D. Biehler, P.E., and Deputy Secretary for Safety Administration Betty L. Serian will be joined by legislators and other dignitaries to open the West Oak Lane Driver License Center at 7121 Ogontz Ave., Philadelphia.

West Oak Lane offers a full range of driver licensing services for customers in the Philadelphia area and is expected to reduce wait times and enhance services.
