Patriot Motorcycles Corp. Announces Exclusive Distribution Agreement with Winspeed Industries, Inc.

DANA POINT, Calif.--Aug. 1, 20041, 2004--Michel Attias, CEO of Patriot Motorcycles Corp. (Pink Sheets:PMCY), announced the signing of an exclusive distribution agreement with Windspeed Industries, Inc. to distribute, market, sell, and promote its Motorcycles and ATV's throughout the United States.

On December 10, 2003, WinSpeed entered into an exclusive distribution agreement with Chongqing Wangguan Motorcycle Industry Co. Ltd. ("Chongquing"), a company incorporated and domiciled in China, to be the sole distributor of motorcycles and ATV's manufactured by Chongquing for the United States.

With the signing of this new definitive agreement, Patriot Motorcycle Corporation has acquired the Winspeed Industries current distribution network, inventory, and future revenues generated from Motorcycles and ATV sales by its existing dealer base in the United States. Additionally, Patriot Motorcycles may use all intellectual property including trade names, trademarks, logos and domain address, Yamoto.com(TM), Yamoto-Motors.com(TM).

Mr. Attias stated, this is an exciting time, "This agreement sets a solid foundation from which Patriot Motorcycles can grow." We have seized the opportunity to increase our product and parts sales to hundreds of retailers. In addition, Patriot Motorcycles Corporation has identified over 10,000 U.S. "retail and rental point locations" as probable candidates for new product distribution, parts sales and service locations.

Patriot's Yamoto(TM) products are manufactured in China, using similar quality standards we have come accustomed to seeing from our Japanese imported products. This gives Patriot Motorcycles a distinct advantage, at roughly half the price of common brand names.

Patriot's new addition of the Yamoto(TM) brand of products, combined with our good old fashion, "US quality" customer service, will establish a continued upward momentum in our current and future sales growth.
