Chrysler Financial and Motor City Blight Busters Team Up to Beautify Neglected Detroit Neighborhoods

WHAT: Chrysler Financial, a business unit of DaimlerChrysler Services North America, donates a Dodge Sprinter van to Motor City Blight Busters, a citizen organization dedicated to improving communities by ridding them of abandoned and dilapidated homes.

WHO: Klaus Entenmann, Vice President - Chrysler Financial will dedicate the Dodge Sprinter to John George, President of the Motor City Blight Busters.

WHEN: Monday, August 9, at 1:30 p.m.

DETAILS: The dedication will be held at the Motor City Resource Center, 17405 Lahser, one block N. of Grand River in Detroit.

OTHER: Partnering with the Motor City Blight Busters, Chrysler Financial is formally donating the Sprinter for use in transporting materials to and from project sites around the city. The van is wrapped in a mural by local artist, and Blight Buster member, Chazz Miller.
