Audi Reports July Sales

AUBURN HILLS, Mich., Aug. 3, 2004 -- Audi of America, Inc. sales for the month of July were 7,021 compared to 7,973 in July 2003. Audi year-to-date sales are 44,991.

The two top Audi models, the aluminum A8 and design leading A6, both showed increases for the month. The A6 was up 13.5 percent with July sales of 1,887 vs. 1,662, and the A8 posted 450 units sold, up 10.3 percent when compared to last July sales of 408.

Audi Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) business continued its positive results with 2,063 units sold for the month of July. Year-to-date CPO sales are 13,653, up 15.7 percent from 2003 year-to-date sales of 11,803.
