Apache Motor Corporation to Acquire Electromagnetic Engine Technology

SEATTLE--May 2, 20048, 2004--Apache Motor Corporation (OTCBB:APHC) announced today that it has entered into an Agreement with 3D Environment Technology of Las Vegas, Nevada to acquire 100% of the assets of its electromagnetic engine project. The goal of management is to license the technology to manufacturers of next generation electric cars. The terms of the Agreement will be conditional upon 3D raising a minimum of $1,500,000 U.S. in financing to complete the acquisition of the exclusive rights, and to finance the research, development, and operations of the Company.

The electromagnetic engine is in final testing before commercialization and is potentially a solution to the next step in electric auto engine technology. Apache is confident that this product will be widely accepted in the market place in the next three to five years. All existing and new products, using this technology, will be marketed under the name "WheelPower(TM)" and will be licensed to industry manufacturing leaders in auto, motorcycle and bicycle engines.

Apache Motor Corporation was in the early stage of designing, developing and ultimately manufacturing a unique radial engine, initially for the aviation, motorcycle and outboard marine markets. The Company believes that there is a synergy with the radial engine and the electric magnetic technology and will, with financing, continue these pursuits.

The majority shareholders have approved a corporate restructuring in order to attract new management, financing, and enhance the Company's share value. The majority shareholders have approved a reverse split of one share for each seventy five shares of the Company's stock. The Company has moved its head office to Seattle, Washington and appointed Daniel Goldman as Chief Executive Officer. Apache wishes to announce the resignation of Christine Cerisse from the Board of Directors. The current Board consists of Adam Jenn as President and Director, Daniel Goldman as Chief Executive Officer and Director, and Piers VanZiffle as Treasurer and interim Director. Upon completion of the corporate restructuring and the closing of the acquisition of the Electromagnetic engine, Mr. Goldman will assume the position of President, Mr. Jenn will resign as President and Secretary, but remain as Director, and Mr. VanZiffle will assume the position of Secretary and Treasurer, but resign as Director.

Mr. Goldman has extensive experience in building companies, including management, financial management, and marketing. He has been involved with private, corporate, and institutional sectors, both domestic and international for over 20 years. His several years of international business experience include importing/exporting and licensing of patents, rights and processes, with extensive dealings worldwide.

Mr. Goldman states: "I am pleased to accept this appointment, and I am looking forward to the prospect of furthering the development of the electromagnetic engine technology, along with strategic alliances and potential acquisitions for the Company. I am excited about the potential of the company brought on by the synergies of the technology, in combination with Apache's original unique radial engine technology. The genius of Wheel Power(TM) lies in the complete absence of power transfer through gearing of any kind and the use of an electromotor in the opposite manner in which it is customarily used."

Apache announced today that it will not be proceeding with the acquisitions of Habitat International S.A. or Manter Enterprises Inc., as previously announced, due to a lack of project financing. The Company has terminated all related negotiations and contract agreements.
