Toyota Announces Prices for 2005 ECHO

TORRANCE, Calif., May 21, 2004 -- Toyota Motor Sales (TMS), U.S.A., Inc., announced manufacturer's suggested retail prices (MSRP) today for the 2005 ECHO subcompact sedan.

In addition to delivering legendary Toyota quality, the value-driven ECHO is among the highest fuel-mileage non-hybrid passenger cars offered in the U.S. market today.

The ECHO is a carryover model for 2005 and maintains its excellent value as prices remain unchanged. The 2005 ECHO two-door carries a base MSRP of $10,355 for models equipped with a five-speed manual transmission and $11,155 with a four-speed automatic. Four-door models begin at $10,885 for a five-speed manual transmission and $11,685 for an automatic.

The ECHO arrived at Toyota dealers today.
