Monaco Coach Corporation Announces Cash Dividend

COBURG, Ore., May 20, 2004 -- Monaco Coach Corporation announced today that its upcoming quarterly cash dividend will be payable on June 15, 2004 to stockholders of record on June 1, 2004. The Company's Board of Directors declared the dividend on May 18, 2004. The Company initially announced on February 23, 2004 the payment of a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share. Monaco Coach Corporation has approximately 29.3 million shares outstanding.
