Dollar Rent A Car Joins Hbc Rewards Program; Launch Promotion Features Triple Hbc Rewards Points Bonus Offer

TULSA, Okla., May 17, 2004 -- Dollar Rent A Car, a subsidiary of Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group, Inc. , and Hudson's Bay Company (Hbc) are launching a program offering Dollar customers the opportunity to earn Hbc Rewards bonus points at all Canadian and U.S. locations, expanding the partner points earning potential of Hbc Rewards members.

Beginning May 15, 2004, Hbc Rewards members can choose to earn 10,000 Hbc Rewards bonus points with every eligible vehicle rental at Dollar Rent A Car locations across Canada and in the U.S. In celebration of the launch of the program, Dollar is offering customers triple points for rentals between May 15 and July 31, 2004.

Points can be redeemed for a wide selection of items such as appliances, home entertainment and Hbc gift cards.
